The founder of Unexpected Strategies, Andreas Stejskal, 1963 born in Vienna, passed away by far too soon 2016. Today, Unbenannt-10000 is steered by Ursula Stejskal. Born 1963 in Vienna, Ursula Stejskal had leading sales positions in international companies for many years. She also worked in indirect sales at A1 Telekom and developed the A1 online shops with her team.
While head of marketing and category management at the Austrian Post she was awarded the “Award für Trojanisches Marketing 2010”.

Born 1958 in Vienna he studied law at the University of Vienna. After his doctorate he began his career as HR-manager at Philips.
In 1989 he changed to the field of personnel consulting and established branches in CEE (Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria) for the international headhunter Korn Ferry.
In 1995 he became managing director of the largest German personnel consulting agency Kienbaum where he worked on the development of the Austrian as well as the Croatian, Slovenian and Serbian market.
Since 2000 Christian Becher has been working as a self-employed headhunter in Austria, German, Italy, CEE and in the entire Adriatic region.
His focus lies on the search for and selection of managers in the areas of industry, FMCG, retail and media.
Christian Becher is married and father of five grown-up children.

Born in Vienna she holds an MA degree in English Language and Linguistics from Vienna University. During her studies Isabella started working in the language teaching business – first as an office assistant and, after completing her trainer education (CELTA) in 2010, as a professional (Business) English trainer. She is self-employed but has been working with various language institutes and since 2014 she has also been an external lecturer for Business English at FH Burgenland in Eisenstadt. She completed training to become an intercultural trainer that same year. Apart from training services, Isabella provides translations from German to English and vice versa.

Because English is not only her job but also her passion, Isabella spends a large part of her free time engaging in various things related to this language. Also sports and reading are among her favorite choices.

After being responsible for Europe at the IBM headquarters in Paris for two years and the completion of an MBA degree in England, he returned to Austria to continue his work in the area of international customer relations as Channel and Partner Manager Europe. Recently, he played a leading role in the strategic developments of customers from the finance and insurance sector. During the 20 years at IBM he focused on business development, IT strategies, services and software.
Among his personal interests are also IT hardware and print and professional photography and video technology.
